With three pools, three hot tubs, a fitness center, on-site beach chair and canopy rentals, and a poolside snack shop, everything you need for the perfect vacation is right at your fingertips. The western pool is heated from the end of November through March, and all three hot tubs are open year-round for your enjoyment.
Enjoy 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach for your entire stay between 3/1/25 - 10/31/25.
From the comfort of your private balcony, you can watch the activity on the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico, whether you’re greeting the day with a cup of coffee or winding down with a nightcap. This seaside elevator building home features floor-to-ceiling sliders and windows that bring the emerald waters of the Gulf right into your living space.
Inside, the spacious living room offers plenty of seating to relax or watch TV, while the dining area is perfect for games or a family meal. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need to cook your favorite meals while enjoying the gulf views. For extra sleeping space, there is a pull-out sofa in the living room, accommodating two more guests.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Wake up to the sight of dolphins playing in the surf from your gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The third bedroom is a bonus "bunk room" with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a TV—perfect for the kids to unwind and have their own space.
For added convenience, there is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
On the ground level, there is plenty of parking and a grill area to enjoy outdoor meals.
Beachaven is a non-pet-friendly home, smoking is prohibited in the home and on the balconies, and no events are allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25.
With a prime location on the 3rd floor, and close proximity to restaurants, bars, the pier, and rentals for paddleboards, bicycles, kayaks, and golf carts, this is the ideal spot to spend your week in paradise.
