With the open floor plan, it feels as though you’re sitting right on the beach, even while inside. Step out onto the covered side balcony for stunning Gulf views, and feel the ocean breeze as you sunbathe or read a book, all while listening to the soothing sound of the surf. Inside, relax with all-new living room furniture that creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen boasts new granite countertops and a dining table that seats 6, making it easy to dine in and enjoy your meals with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Wake up each morning to the beach right outside your window in the queen-sized primary bedroom, complete with an en suite bathroom and a new walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and a full bath with a tub. All beds are new for your comfort. The living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to sleep 6 comfortably. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, and the second bedroom TV is set up for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, two bar stools, and a large pantry, giving you plenty of space to prepare meals or snacks. There’s also a washer/dryer for your convenience. On the ground floor, you’ll find a charcoal grill for cookouts, and on-site parking makes everything more convenient. WiFi is included.
