The villa is located in the heart of Berawa, where beaches, beach clubs, groceries, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are all within walking distance. Lay by the pool on sun lounges enjoying full constant sun or soak yourself in our hot tub to unwind after an active day in the island. At Javine Villa, we constantly give excellence for your stay. You might benefit from our exceptional services: - 5 star linens and towels with 500 count bed and pillow sheets. - We use 5 star grade laundry, emphasizing spot cleaning, chemicals, and machine washing to achieve thorough cleaning. - Deep cleaning of Javine Villa once a year (mattress, interior ceilings, windows, aluminums, wooden blinds, floors, stairs, all furniture, etc). - Samsung refrigerator with antibacterial coating and automated ice cube maker. - Water filter to provide clean shower water. - Wine cellar with a capacity of 10- 15 bottles. - 100mbps Wi-Fi is ideal for "Work From Home" activities. - Romantic pool and outdoor lights. - A poolside waterfall. - Jacuzzi - On the ground and first floors, there is a lovely garden. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS CURRENTLY ONGOING CONSTRUCTION IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WHICH MAY RESULT IN SOME NOISE DURING DAYTIME HOURS AND WHICH IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE AND APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING. TO REFLECT THIS TEMPORARY INCONVENIENCE, WE HAVE ADJUSTED OUR PRICES ACCORDINGLY. The villa has one spacious covered parking attached to the building and plenty of space for parking outside the villa. Our location if perfect for you as it is right in the center of everything that you would possibly need. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, cafes and bars. 10 minutes walk to Finn’s Recreation Center and 20 minutes walk to Berawa beach, Finn’s Beach clubs or some other beach clubs. We also can help you with your transportation needs, such Airport transfer, car rental and tour/excursions. We do have staff on the property from 9 am - 5 pm everyday, and we provide daily cleaning. Please inform our cleaner what time you prefer for that. For daily cleaning, it will take 2-3 hours because we need to clean all areas. There is staff room and storage behind of the garage. Sometimes our staff will go there if they need something or need to turn on and off the lamps. And the entrance is different for guests. Please inform us if you do not want staff to come in and out during your stay.
