Lay by the pool on sun lounges enjoying full constant sun or soak yourself in our hot tub to unwind after an active day in the island.

The Villa is located in the heart of Berawa, inside a secluded residential area to ensure your safety. Our location if perfect for you as it is right in the center of everything that you would possibly need. Walking distance to shops, groceries, restaurants, cafes and bars. 10 minutes walk to Finn's Recreation Center and 20 minutes walk to Berawa beach, Finn's Beach clubs or some other beach clubs.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Do not bring speakers, radios, boomboxes, or other loudspeakers outside and use them at high volumes.
- 2. Music is permitted after 8 p.m., as long as the volume is kept low enough that our neighbors do not hear it.
- 3. When using music on multimedia room, the maximum volume is 20 with the door shut.
