Located in the heart of Seattle, our home is an easy walk to popular restaurants in Capitol Hill, Downtown and International District. Lay back in the comfy sectional for a movie session, or relax up on the private rooftop patio with city views. Beautifully furnished with high-end furniture and hotel-grade luxury bedding with fresh white linens and fluffy duvets. We look forward to hosting you! PLEASE NOTE: - We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store. - You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories. - We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!) - If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time. - The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $15 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. The platform should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests". - Pets are welcome! Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay. - Please be considerate of neighbors and verify that you are placing the trash in the correct bins! Also be kind to the environment and sort recyclables into the large blue bin, they should be placed in there without plastic bags. Thank you! - Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control. - HOUSE RULES - * SAME DAY BOOKING * We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! However please check in ahead with us on available check in time for same day bookings only. * CHECK IN & CHECK OUT * Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. * NO SHOES INSIDE * Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house! * NO SMOKING * Please do not smoke inside our home or within 20 ft of the perimeters! Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee. * QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM * Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm! * NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS* We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :) * TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS * Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it. * LOST & FOUND * Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :) * NO MAILBOX ACCESS * We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages! We will be available 24/7 for any questions or needs, but will otherwise respect your privacy :) Central District is in the heart of it all - serene and residential but a mere hop away from Capitol Hill, the most happening part of Seattle, with the highest density of top-notch restaurants, bars and breweries all at your doorstep. Popular local hotspots include Kedai Makan, Starbucks Reserve Roastery, Optimism Brewery, Pie Bar, Rhein Haus and the Garage. Guests will have access to the entire house with complete privacy.
