Villa Confini is a beautiful property just a few kilometers from the historic center of Noto defined as the "capital of the Baroque", whose historic center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Villa is located in a splendid position along the south-eastern coast of Sicily, just 20 meters from the sea.
The Villa is spread over two levels and consists of four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and splendid windows that offer a wonderful view of the Sicilian sea. The furnishings are minimal and designed to reflect the light and welcome the colors of the sea. The large and bright living room has large windows that allow you to stay inside while never ceasing to look at the sea, while the kitchen has top-of-the-range equipment: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet, washer dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven and microwave
The outdoor spaces are breathtaking: you will find an exclusive salt-purified and heated swimming pool, sun loungers for your relaxation, a small garden, but above all an extraordinary view of the sea.
