Welcome to Captiva house, a home with so much to offer. Walk into a spacious main floor with an open kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. You can’t miss the dining area with a farmhouse style table featuring a bench and views out the many windows. The dining table seats 6 with an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island extending your dining seating to 10. The living room leads to the screened porch to extend your space even further or even just fresh air! Let the kids enjoy their space as well, the basement is perfect for imaginations to grow and explore.

Have a seat in the screened in porch or around the custom-built fire pit. The complementary golf cart is available seasonally for your convenience.
