Spacious family home with wonderful light and superb views located in the Warm Springs area. This home is ideal for multigenerational families or multiple households. There are four bedrooms and three baths on two levels with a large, open living room, two dining areas, and a modern kitchen.
On the main level, there is the open living/dining/cooking area with a 42-inch flat-screen TV (no cable, streaming services only), surround sound, and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the countertop. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table that seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10. There is a large, wrap-around deck off the main living area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.
There are three bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed with access to a small deck and an en suite full-size bathroom with a two-sink vanity and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with access to a hallway bath with a single vanity sink and shower tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hallway bath. A private seven-person hot tub is reached from the main level.
On the lower level is a sitting area with a 42-inch flat screen, the fourth bedroom which has a Queen bed and a hallway bath with a single vanity sink and shower/tub combo as well as the main entry, the mudroom, and garage. All of the bathrooms and the mudroom have heated slate floors. The washer/dryer is located behind bi-fold doors.
The home offers easy access to the free Mountain Rides bus which goes to the ski lifts, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley resort. WiFi mesh network provides broadband in every room as well as on the deck. The Warm Springs lift area is nearby and can be reached by car or by the Mountain Rides bus. The home features a one-third-acre fenced yard for year-round play. There is garage parking for one car and additional cars can be parked on the circular driveway. One dog is welcome, with a pet fee of $200. This home has a 5-night minimum stay.

Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
