Brand new apartment inside the historic Palazzo Nanà, in the heart of Naples, just renovated. Perfect for a vacation in Naples or for smart working.

Less than 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, from here you can reach all the points of interest in the historic center and the famous pizzerias (Sorbillo, Da Michele, Trianon, Concettina ai 3 Santi), within walking distance, as well as supermarkets, minimarkets, ATM, typical stores and pharmacies.
The Space
Guests have access to a nice kitchen with microwave oven and coffee machine. The refrigerator is useful if you want to store some products purchased during your stay.

Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
There is a double bed (size: 160cm x 190cm).
Also in the room: mirror, coffee table, closet, coat rack, bedside tables and lights.
There is also a color television with digital terrestrial.

The bathroom is right next to the room. We provide free toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper, carpets and towels.

Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, due to the Italian security law.
NOISE
The apartment is extremely quiet and there is no noise.
There is no traffic, as we are not on a busy street.
The doors and windows are of good quality.
You will sleep well!
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The building is very secure. There is guard service during most of the day. Inside the apartment, you will find a first aid kit.

A: No, but the ventilator is new and works very well.
Below the building there is metro line 1, DUOMO STOP.
The historic center of Naples is the most lively place in the city. Rich in churches, monuments and works of art. Don’t miss the Veiled Christ in Sansevero Chapel, not even 5 minutes from the apartment, a visit to the Naples Underground not far away, and Via San Gregorio Armeno, a street symbolic of ancient Naples and world-famous for the splendid art of the nativity masters and small artisan stores.

Getting around the area
The apartment can be reached by Metro Line 1 ( DUOMO stop), literally on the doorstep. Napoli Centrale train station is about 10 minutes away (just walk down one street to get there).
For those arriving from the airport, it is useful to know that with the ALIBUS shuttle you can reach the central station.
In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
