The peaceful Rooi-Els suburb, in the Overberg, boasts this
breathtakingly stunning home, comfortably accommodating up to six
guests. Guests have a private entrance gate and secure parking outside
the house.
The entire property is seamlessly modern in every aspect and is
guaranteed to provide a tranquil guest experience. The open-plan
kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and includes a
gas stove as well as a separate island counter space with seating,
ensuring a comfortable self-catering stay. On one side of the kitchen
guests can enjoy a built in bar area with seating along the counter
while on the other side of the kitchen, you will find a scullery area
equipped with a large sink, washing machine, dishwasher, and air fryer
for your convenience.
The thoughtfully designed lounge area is furnished with a large
U-shaped sofa and a wall mounted flat screen TV, the ideal spot to kick
up your feet and enjoy your favourite TV programs. Alongside this space
is a secondary seating area, inviting guest to cosy up in front of the
indoor fireplace.
There are two dining areas to enjoy, one that seats 8 guests indoors
and another that seats 6 in a covered outdoor space with braai
facilities. From the outdoor dining area, guests can relax on loungers,
soak up the sun, and take in the magnificent views. Adding to the
charm, the property boasts a wooden deck with a wood-fired hot tub,
offering the perfect spot to unwind in style. The entire property
boasts sliding doors off each space in the house, including all three
bedrooms allowing access to the outside space and showing off the
spectacular mountain and ocean views providing pure tranquillity.
Internet access is also available throughout the property.
Leading you to the bedrooms is a hallway creating a peaceful ambience
with a beautiful rock wall, pebbles and plants feature. bedrooms
include a king bed in the first bedroom, a double bed in the second,
and two single beds in the third bedroom. All three bedrooms have
en-suit bathrooms for added privacy, all including a shower, toilet,
basin with vanity and a bath featured in the main bedroom en-suite.
