Amazing views await you each morning and a hot tub under the stars will beckon you each night. Grill a steak for dinner on the wrap around deck, the perfect place to watch for wildlife. Feel the stress of everyday life wash away as you make the drive to The Broadmeadow Cabin. The driveway takes you away from the main road to an amazing nearly secluded property. Unpack, unwind and relax.
Enter this home on ground level through the main entrance or through the two-car garage. The electric car charger has a standard plug in wall connection and will keep your EV ready to go for any adventure.
The family room on the ground level with streaming TV and board games is ready for fun and the laundry room is ready for, well not fun, but a needed chore if necessary. Have family movie night with a bowl of popcorn or pull out a board game and see if you can win against the kids.
One flight of stairs takes you to the cozy open concept great room. The amazing 2-story floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the focal point of this beautiful home. Build a fire and snuggle in for a relaxing evening.
Prepare a family feast or a simple breakfast in the luxury kitchen. The large refrigerator will hold everything you need and the 48” range will accommodate anything you can imagine. The cherry on top of the meal prep set up is the outdoor grill. A grill master’s delight. Steak, BBQ chicken, grilled veggies, yum.
Down the short hall from the kitchen is a bathroom with a deep copper soaking tub offering a great place to soak away the day in solitude. Next to the bathroom is a cozy bedroom with a queen bed for a peaceful night’s sleep at the end of the day.
One more flight of stairs leads to the loft, two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. Enjoy a little alone time perched in the loft with a good book, without totally disconnecting from everyone else. A birds eye view of the great room lets you know everything that is going on.
Past the loft is another bedroom with a queen bed so mom and dad can be right next to the kids’ room with 3 twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds. A perfect family set up. The second bathroom with a tub/shower combo takes care getting you ready for the day.
Once you step out on the deck you will never want to go back inside. The view is amazing. The mountains fill the horizon welcoming you to enjoy the peace and solitude. Relax in a deck chair or soak in the hot tub with the view all around.
Your four-legged family member will love the outdoors, sniffing all the sniffing places and doing all the dog stuff. A fenced in area will keep them from wandering off while you do the people stuff.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a Flash Light.
BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when you are not in the home.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
