Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- LODGE TOWER RENTAL AGREEMENT
- • Lodge Tower is a smoke free environment and additional charges will be incurred if I or someone in my party smokes in the residence or on the premises, including balconies and patios. Smoking charges are assessed for tobacco and cannabis products.
- • No pets except for service animals or approved support animals for persons with disabilities are allowed in Lodge Tower rental residences. If an animal is found in your residence, we reserve the right to: cancel your reservation with no refund, add a nightly surcharge to your folio and charge for any additional cleaning and inspection as a result of the animal.
- • Checkout time is 10 AM. Late check outs may be granted based on availability and ARE NOT guaranteed. Additional fees of one night’s rent will be assessed for any check out past 1:00 pm. I understand that there will be no refund if I check out prior to my scheduled departure date.
- • I understand that this property is privately owned and I authorize Lodge Tower to charge my account for the repair and/or replacement of items damaged beyond normal wear and tear. I will report all accidents and/or damage immediately so necessary repairs may be scheduled.
- • I understand snow sport equipment and bikes are not permitted in the residences & agree to store equipment in designated areas only.
- • I agree to pay a parking fee of $40 per night per vehicle if applicable. Lodge Tower will not be held responsible for any damage to vehicles; the loss of any valuables or for contents left in vehicles.
- • I understand that neither the owner of the property nor management is responsible for accidents and injury to guests; for damage to property; or for loss of money or valuables of any kind; and I and my family and guests ASSUME ALL RISKS, inherent or otherwise, and agree to hold harmless the owner and management for claims to person or property.
- • I agree that my personal liability for this bill is not waived, and I agree to be personally liable if the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of these charges. If I do not check out at the Front Desk, I authorize Lodge Tower to process all charges incurred during the stay to the credit card I presented at the time of check in. I understand that this property is privately owned and that my reservation includes a mandatory Damage Waiver Fee which covers accidental damage up to $3,000 dollars. I agree to report all accidents and damage prior to check out so necessary repairs may be scheduled. This Damage Waiver does not cover deliberate, intentional or negligent damage.
