On the ground floor, there are three independent studios, ideal for providing privacy and comfort to different group nuclei, each of these studios has a bathroom with a shower, a service toilet, a functional kitchenette and a spacious balcony where it is possible to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Climbing to the first floor, we find the social area of the house, composed of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with an elegant central island and a skylight that accentuates natural light, adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious and extremely bright living room, with direct access to a generous balcony that invites moments of socialising and contemplation.
On this floor, there are still two suites, one with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. For greater convenience, there is also an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring functionality even during longer stays.
The outdoor area is truly irresistible, with an infinity pool offering stunning views over the mountains and the sea, a covered barbecue area with dining space, an outdoor shower next to the pool, sun loungers and well-tended gardens that perfectly complement the atmosphere of tranquillity.
The property also has outdoor parking and high-speed internet, making it perfect not only for holidays but also for stays in a teleworking arrangement.
