Welcome to our large and comfortable 1 bedroom of 76 m2 located in the neighborhood Bas Cimiez, quiet and a few minutes from the city center.

The accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, storage space, a bathroom with bathtub, an independent kitchen, a dining room and living room with two sofas and television.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas hobs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.

The accommodation is located at the bottom of the Cimiez district, near the city center, the nearest tram stop is "Palais des Expositions"

Neighborhood
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the lower part of the district of Cimiez.
Buses will quickly take you to the city center. Place Garibaldi is a 10-15 minute walk. Restaurants, bars and shops await you, all 2 steps from the Old Nice and the Port... Not to mention the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.
Transit
Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by public transport: take tram line n°2 towards Port Lympia and stop at the Garibaldi/Le Château stop. Then take the tram line 1 and get off at the Palais des expositions stop. The journey takes about 45 minutes and this stop is located 700m from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private vehicle transfer from the airport to the apartment.
The bus 100 to Menton via Monaco takes you to the Port of Nice, which is less than 1 km away.
La Gare SNCF Nice Ville is located near by tram allowing you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even Italy easily.
You can also access the apartment by car and park in the garage.
