Its central location ensures you’re never far from the vibrant attractions of Traverse City. Surrounded by a variety of eateries and attractions, you can start your day with a coffee from the nearby café! The condo’s prime location offers easy access to both downtown Traverse City and the charming town of Elk Rapids. Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed. ☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ After a day of adventure, retreat to the serene bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed, premium linens, ample closet space, and a large flatscreen TV. For families, a pack and play is available, along with a sound machine to ensure restful sleep. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch. ☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆ This condo is located on the 1st floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the second floor, please reach out — we manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit. ☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay. If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess. ***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group*** - Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. - Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform.
