ID is checked upon registration at the resort. * Guests will receive the membership transfer form via email before arrival * Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with an additional cost for the membership card paid upon arrival to HOA. * Golf membership transfer is NOT INCLUDED in this property. There is a pay-to-play basis that can be arranged directly at the clubhouse. * Clubhouse membership transfer cost is covered by the owner. * Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with the same address included. * Guests not in the same household may accompany members when using the clubhouse. * Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay. $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
