Degerby is a spacious 5-bedroom property just 35 minutes from Helsinki, offering a peaceful setting with sweeping countryside views. A pool, 8-person jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor kitchen create plenty of ways to spend time together. Inside, you’ll find a bright Scandinavian interior, two fireplaces, a gym, and large dining areas. Degerby combines modern comforts with a quiet countryside location that feels close to nature while still within easy reach of Helsinki. The house sits on a large private plot overlooking fields and forest, with terraces and balconies designed to make the most of the views.
Inside, the living room is arranged around a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable seating. Large windows bring in natural light, while a Smart TV and thoughtful details create a welcoming atmosphere.
The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, plenty of storage, and everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. A large dining table seats twelve, and French doors open onto a balcony for meals outdoors when the weather is good.
Five bedrooms are simply furnished and designed for restful sleep. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double showers and sinks, as well as a private balcony looking across the fields. Other bedrooms offer flexible arrangements for families or friends.
The basement includes a sauna with a window overlooking the landscape, and a bathroom with a large built-in tub that’s perfect for a quiet soak. A gym space is also available for guests who like to keep active.
Outdoors, the property has an inviting pool (open from May to September), a year-round jacuzzi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pizza oven and gas grill. There’s space for everyone to gather, dine, or relax in the fresh air. Children will enjoy the play area and the grassy lawn, and in summer, guests are welcome to pick strawberries and rhubarb from the garden.
