Kalksved is a modern seafront villa just 33 km from Helsinki, set only 20 metres from the water’s edge. With three unique buildings, it offers flexible spaces for groups, including four bedrooms, multiple living areas, and a sauna with sea views. Outside, you’ll find a spacious terrace, private pier, and a year-round jacuzzi overlooking the bay. A sandy beach, paddle boards, and a rowing boat make it easy to enjoy time on the water or relax by the shore.
Kalksved brings together contemporary design and a peaceful coastal setting for a stay that suits everything from family holidays to small group getaways. The property is arranged across three buildings, giving guests privacy and space to spread out.
The main villa sits closest to the water, with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area where floor-to-ceiling windows frame sea views. A wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a large dining table create an inviting place to gather. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, and everything needed for preparing meals.
Downstairs, a second living room opens directly onto the 100 m² terrace. This space includes a large sofa, Smart TV, and easy access to the sauna, which is fitted with a wood-fired stove for relaxing steam.
The upper villa sits slightly back from the shoreline and includes its own terrace, a large living area with two sofa beds, a separate bedroom, and a full bathroom. A raised log pathway links the buildings through the trees.
A separate guesthouse provides an additional bedroom with a king-size bed, making it ideal for guests who prefer a bit of privacy.
Outside, the terrace and 50 m² pier are set up for long afternoons in the sun. The six-person jacuzzi is available year-round, while the sandy beach and gently sloping water are perfect for swimming. A hammock, sun loungers, and a fire pit make it easy to relax. For those feeling active, paddle boards, canoes, and a rowing boat are all ready to use.
Kalksved is a place to slow down, enjoy the sea air, and spend time together in a setting that feels both modern and connected to nature.
