Completed in 2023 with architect Otso Virtanen and the interior designed by Fyra, reflecting meticulous craftsmanship. Finnish spruce defines the warm interior, complementing the Arctic surroundings. Filled with natural light, it features a cosy living area, modern kitchen, and a master bedroom overlooking the terrace and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxation after days of adventure.
The open-plan living and kitchen area brings together practical design and comfort. A fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table seats ten, offering space for shared meals, while the adjacent seating area with a large TV and Sonos sound system is arranged around a fireplace. An alcove provides a quiet corner for reading or simply enjoying the views through the generous windows.
Four bedrooms are set across two floors, each with comfortable furnishings and practical storage. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an extra single, with skylights upstairs bringing in natural light. A spacious main bathroom features a large shower and ample storage, complemented by a separate toilet and an additional half-bathroom for convenience.
After a day exploring the nearby trails, guests can spend time in the electric sauna or relax in the outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, which offers an inviting spot to look out over the surrounding scenery. Underfloor heating and an air-source heat pump keep the house comfortable throughout the seasons.
The property also includes a utility cabinet with a washing machine and drying cupboard, making it easier to care for clothing and gear. Outdoors, a BBQ is available for use (guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal or gas).
Cross-country ski tracks, lake access, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park begins just 2 km from the property, while hiking trails and wilderness areas start only 60 metres away, offering year-round opportunities to experience Lapland’s nature up close.
