HOUSE RULES >Must be 25 years old to book >No parties >No events >No smoking inside >Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music) >No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation DEPOSIT >We may ask for a $250 deposit ($500 for holidays) upon booking and is refunded at checkout upon inspection unless there are damages or items missing PETS >This is not a pet friendly home >$200 charge if a pet is brought into the home PROPANE TANKS >We try to keep our propane tanks full, but we aren’t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you. If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage. MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
