But the perks don’t stop there. Our home’s prime location also puts you within walking distance, less than a mile away, from downtown Paso Robles. Large, open, and airy, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is the perfect retreat for families, groups, and wine tasting enthusiasts in Paso Robles. With an open floor plan, it offers ample room for everyone to gather and socialize, and the well-equipped kitchen makes cooking and dining together a breeze.
Step outside and you will find plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful Paso Robles weather. The large back patio is perfect for barbecues, lounging by the fire pit, and outdoor games.
The home boasts large bedrooms - with generous closet space - to comfortably accommodate large groups. All bedrooms are tucked away in one wing of the house, allowing for privacy and separation from the activities in the rest of the house. You will have exclusive, private access to the home and the back patio. There is a shared driveway with the back unit. There are two spots in front of the garage in back and street parking. Please utilize off-street parking only.
This space has been designed with relaxation in mind, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. Whether you are here to savor the local wines, or celebrate with friends and family, this home is your ideal Paso Robles getaway.
***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Owner lives in the back unit and may or may not be home during your stay. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
