Nestled in the quiet residential zone of Cala Sant Vicenç, this beautiful villa has a delightful garden complete with private pool and table tennis, fabulous indoor and outdoor living areas and three light and airy bedrooms.
Upon entering the property, first take in the open plan living and dining area. This is the perfect social environment for a group of six, allowing conversation to flow throughout the space and indeed out to the garden through the patio doors – the kitchen also extends off from this living area, and is well equipped with all the necessary mod cons. Complete with a stylish, matching set of dining table, chairs and sofas, the living/dining area offers an air conditioned, warm space in which to relax and unwind after a day of indulging in the Mallorcan delights. From the hanging lights and decorative plates to the gorgeous wooden flooring and the fireplace, great attention to detail is demonstrated here.
All located on the ground-floor, each beautifully decorated bedroom features the same calming tones and fine wooden flooring as the rest of the property and each enjoys a fabulous double door entrance to the garden! The two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, one of which can be entered directly from the garden, are traditionally decorated and compliment the typical Mallorcan style of the rest of the property.
And finally, step outside onto the terrace with a cosy seating area on one side and a vast dining area alongside a brick-built barbeque area on the other, perfectly shaded by a range of pine, fruit and other trees interspersed throughout the garden. Lay back and soak up the Spanish sun beside the private pool, dipping in to cool off every now and then before breaking a sweat on the ping pong table!

Pollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.
This property is within a quiet residential area of the village of Cala Sant Vicenç, offering a range of restaurants and amenities as well as the beautiful inlets of Cala Molins, Cala Clara and Cala Carbo. It is also a short drive from the town of Pollensa which will provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture with its 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised. The Port de Pollensa is also nearby, with a fabulous Pine Walk providing stunning views of the bay and a huge water sports industry springing up in its shallow waters.
Top tip: the viewpoint from the Calvario is an absolute must, if you can manage the climb!

The town's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets that lead to the grand Plaça Major, the main square. Here, visitors can admire the imposing 13th-century church, Església de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, and enjoy the bustling weekly market where local artisans and farmers showcase their products.
