Nestled amidst tropical palms on a serene mid-island street, The Lazy Place is a charming 3 bed, 3 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Step inside through the sunlit porch to discover a spacious living area adorned with ample cozy seating. The sleek, beautifully renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplash, quartz countertops with a breakfast bar, and a separate dining area. The master bedroom, adorned with a plush king bed, offers an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom also provides a king bed with a nearby guest bath equipped with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom comes complete with its own television for your entertainment needs. Downstairs features a private room with a daybed and guest bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside, indulge in the private pool or rinse off sandy feet in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Next to the pool is a covered lanai with a TV, which is perfect for afternoons to relax in the shade while kids play in the pool.
