You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night. Guest Portal: Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. Management: Our property is expertly managed we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay. Pool Heater/Cleaner: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note: our pool cleaner comes only on Monday and Thursday mornings. He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay. Desert living: This home, like many in Indio, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool. Pet-Friendly Accommodation: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog Gated Neighborhood: There is a guard gate to access the gated neighborhood where our home is located. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 3 cars.
