There are 5 parking spaces in total- 2 on the fenced plot and 3 parking spaces are opposite of the house on a green area. A damage deposit of EUR 300 has to be paid locally for groups under 21 years of age. Location The nearest supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, while larger supermarkets can be found in the nearby towns of Vodnjan, Fažana, and Pula. Just 8 minutes away by car, the charming coastal town of Fažana attracts visitors with its excellent restaurants and serves as the gateway for boat trips to the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The historic old town of Pula, just 12 minutes by car, is particularly worth visiting, home to the famous Roman amphitheater where internationally renowned artists perform during the summer months. For families with children, the amusement park in Medulin, a 20-minute drive away, offers a variety of entertainment, including restaurants, beach bars, and water sports.
