Want to immerse yourself in the heart of Nice life for a stay while enjoying accommodation bathed in light and nicely decorated? You’ve come to the right place with our fully air-conditioned apartment on the third and top floor of a building without an elevator overlooking a courtyard.
Ideally located a stone’s throw from the bustling Place du Pin or the pretty Port of Nice and its colorful boats, the "pointus", you can easily benefit from the joys of a lively and authentic neighborhood during a weekend weekend or extended vacation on the Côte d’Azur!
The apartment is a duplex composed of:
- A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- A living room with sofa, a Smart TV with free wifi connection
- A dining area
- A terrace with table and chairs to enjoy a breakfast in the sun
- A bedroom upstairs with a standard size 140x190 bed
- An adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a toilet.
A set of bed and bath linen is also provided and set up for the stay, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
