This stunning Bay front Condo has been completely renovated and is decorated elegantly with seaside charm. The unit is cozy enough for two and spacious enough for six; from a romantic getaway to a family-friendly adventure, this unit is perfect for any beach getaway! Take in the spectacular bay views from the private 3rd floor balcony, furnished with comfy chairs and two tables for an unforgettable outdoor dining experience. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee while watching all the wildlife fly by and swim by in and over the Bay. For those coming from cold weather who desire fresh warm air the windows open and the sliding glass doors stack open. Relax in the warm rays of the sun by the shore, lounge around by the outdoor pool, or hang out inside while you socialize. The interior won’t disappoint! The kitchen is fully equipped with Quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Pair that with the buildings AMAZING amenities for a vacation you will never forget.
The main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and a large flat screen television so you can relax after a day at the beach or pool. The attached bathroom has dual sinks and a beautiful custom walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two full size Murphy beds, to best utilize the guest bedroom space and the guest bathroom also has a stunning walk-in shower. You will find a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area, which allows this bayfront condo to sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**
