Southwind 205 is a stunning oceanfront condo that treats guests as if it was their very home. From surf boards to outdoor games to Smart TVs throughout, this getaway is filled with every special amenity you could dream of. Geared for family vacations, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates a group of eight. Whether you relax to the glorious view of the Atlantic or ride the waves, you and yours will love every second here. Upon walking in, the condo sets the soul at ease with its wrap-around windows looking onto the sea. Light tile flooring and neutral walls create the perfect backdrop for the dazzling view. As your family unpacks, kick off relaxation-mode with a snack in the kitchen. The kitchen boasts of white cabinetry, granite countertops, and brand new stainless steel appliances. On the nights you decide to stay in, you’ll find every cooking necessity at your fingertips. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more are provided. Those on dish-duty won’t mind the chore as the kitchen sink looks directly onto the pool, tennis court, and non-driving beach. Fuel up for a day of fun with a meal around the dining room table. The table seats six and resides by the breakfast bar lined with four chairs. You won’t find dining anywhere else in NSB that has a better view of the crashing waves! Between walks on the beach and tennis matches, your family will enjoy downtime in the living area. Get cozy on the large sectional and rest to one of your favorite shows playing on the 75" 4K Smart TV. Cable, a Blu-Ray/DVD player, and streaming services (just remember to bring your log-ins!) are provided. As the evening sky fades to golden pink, step onto the second-floor balcony to enjoy the scenery. The balcony has an envied corner view which looks onto the pool and miles of the clear, non-driving beach. Plenty of outdoor seating is provided; just bring a glass of wine and a book for a peaceful night in. When you’re ready to retire, you’ll find an airy and bright master suite awaiting you. The master is equipped with a king bed with high-thread count sheets, a 55" Smart TV, and a wide window display of palm-trees and an ocean background. The master bathroom accommodates with a walk-in shower with a moveable showerhead and plenty of bath linens. Those staying in the second bedroom will find their stay equally as luxurious. From a coastal, sea theme to a soft queen bed to an ocean view window, this bedroom is perfect for up to two guests. The youngest in your group will claim the third bedroom as their own as it holds two twin trundle beds and a Smart TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Nearby are the two guest bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a standard bathtub. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, a full washer/dryer, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. Outdoor items such as surfboards, boogie boards, tennis equipment, Frisbees, and more encourage guests to stay active and have fun on vacation. Beach chairs, toys, and a Yeti cooler are provided for your beach set-up. If you love a good sweat, you’ll find resistance bands, a yoga mat, and an ab wheel for your workout. Don’t forget to bring: While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation. Southwind, Tasteful New Smyrna Condo Rentals The Southwind, known as "one of the best buildings on the beach," has recently undergone a $1 Million renovation. A state-of-the-art entry gate system has just been installed, making this one of only a few facilities on New Smyrna Beach with restricted, gated access. The oceanfront pool is seasonally heated and you’ll find plenty of lounge chairs, both inside the gated pool deck and out on the beachfront sun deck as well. In addition, high speed wireless internet access is now available for all guests so you can stay connected to the outside world while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. Follow the sidewalk to the beach access stairs and take in the panoramic Atlantic Ocean view. This complex is also equipped with tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts. New Smyrna Beach Fun The Southwind is located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Great fishing, boating, and canoeing opportunities abound at Mosquito Lagoon and JB’s Fish Camp, located near this complex. Bethune Beach is just south of here, and the car free beaches in front of The Southwind provide the perfect landscape for family sandcastle building, quiet walks, or carefree bike rides on the sand.
