Fuel up for a day of beachy fun by stepping into the kitchen for a bite. Even if cooking isn’t your forte, you’ll feel inspired to try in such a beautiful space. Light cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a fun backsplash make the kitchen feel chic. Your favorite amenities such as a drip coffee maker, kettle, griddle, and more are provided to make meal prep a breeze. Two dining options are provided within the condo. Quick meals can be served at the breakfast counter for three and formal dining can be held at the farmhouse table for six. Throughout the day, your group will gravitate to the adorably chic living room. Wicker accent chairs and a leather reclining couch make it an enticing place to rest. Once you’ve picked your spot, you can relax to the view of the ocean or a show on the 55" TV equipped with cable, a Blu-Ray player, and streaming service apps. Those who work remotely can meet deadlines using the high-speed internet at the nearby desk. The moments you’ll remember most will undoubtedly be on the oceanfront balcony. Four chairs furnish this space and allow guests to enjoy NSB’s beauty. Southwind is located on the no-drive portion of the beach making the view clear and unobstructed. You’ll find yourself here with coffee in hand for the glorious ocean sunrises. If you’re not an early bird, you can witness the sunrise from the comfort of the primary suite’s king bed. This bedroom has a large oceanfront window, flat-screen TV, and beachy wicker accents throughout. The adjoining bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar, a large vanity, and plenty of bath towels. The second bedroom offers a similar experience with cute coastal décor, a 24" TV, and two full beds. It has a striking bathroom that boasts of a beautifully tiled bathtub/shower, wood-grain wallpaper, and soft bath towels. The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, a Smart TV, drip coffee maker, designated workspace, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, a full size washer & dryer, and the best views of NSB. Don’t forget to bring: While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation. New Smyrna Beach Fun The Southwind is located on the south end of New Smyrna Beach. Great fishing, boating, and canoeing opportunities abound at Mosquito Lagoon and JB’s Fish Camp, located near this complex. Bethune Beach is just south of here, and the car free beaches in front of The Southwind provide the perfect landscape for family sandcastle building, quiet walks, or carefree bike rides on the sand.
