Upon walking into this 4th-floor getaway, you’ll find yourself greeted by cool, blue tones and a chic modern design. As you settle in, venture into the kitchen to put your groceries away. Whether you love cooking or not, you will be drawn to this space for its aesthetic. The kitchen is composed of white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a herringbone backsplash. You’ll find it well-stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender and more. Quick meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar for 3 and family dinners can be held at the table for 6. The complex pools and New Smyrna’s non-driving beach are both a short walk away, and you’ll find your days divided between the two. When you need a break from the Florida sun, retreat to the light and airy living room. This space is furnished with a queen pull-out couch, loveseat, and a dazzling view of NSB’s estuary. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming service apps. If you’re a nature-lover, take your R&R out to the spacious balcony. The condo overlooks miles of lush greenery that’s home to an array of local bird species. There is cable, streaming service apps, WiFi, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs and toys, a cooler, a pack and play travel crib, a washer/dryer, and one garage parking spot. Don’t forget to bring: While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
