Living Spaces
This stunning 3,200 sf Monterey vacation home is truly set up to entertain and has far too many extras to mention.
The main living room is anchored by a large fireplace and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer peninsula bay views, gorgeous sunrises, and sparkling city lights at night. A formal piano bar off the living room leads to a covered patio area enclosed with automated weather curtains to block the sea air, with skylights, lighting and butane odorless fireplace. From there step onto the large upper deck with panoramic views.
This home is full of gathering areas including a game room with a pool table and bar which opens to the full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ grill, wood-fired pizza oven and a large gas fireplace.
The immaculate chef’s kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and access to the outdoor BBQ area.
The large fenced back yard is home to play spaces for bocce ball, corn hole, badminton and volleyball.
The lower back yard is home to a strolling garden with lush vegetation.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The four bedrooms are located on the main/upper level:
Bedroom #1, "Cielo" - Primary suite with a King Bed and en suite bathroom with standing shower.
Bedroom #2, "Sol" - Queen Bed, across the hall from the guest bathroom which has a standing shower.
Bedroom #3 - "Tierra" - Queen Bed, Jack and Jill full bathroom with standing shower shared with Bedroom #4.
Bedroom #4 - "Mar" - Queen Bed, Jack and Jill full bathroom with standing shower shared with Bedroom #3.
A full bathroom with shower is located downstairs.
Climate control: Bedrooms #3 and #4 and the game room have mini-splits for heat and air conditioning. The rest of the home has central heat.
One well-behaved dog is welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is suitable for vacation rental guests. The driveway has off-street parking space for 3-4 vehicles. Overnight street parking no more than 1 vehicle is recommended in this neighborhood. The garage is not available for guest use. This home cannot accommodate construction crews, commercial/recreational trucks, trailers, or motorhomes.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.

With over 15 years of property management experience, Sanctuary strives to provide environments that nurture and inspire with all the comforts of home. Each home has beach towels, shower and bath amenities and spa-style robes. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist you. We look forward to hosting you!
