We commissioned local architects, DCA to design this space specifically for our guests, right here in the heart of Travis Heights and near all the best Austin has to offer. Colorful, modern tile work, double "Hans Grohe" shower heads, and custom cabinetry are just of few of the finishes that complement the high ceilings and picture windows throughout. A spectacular covered patio and rooftop deck provide unique spaces to enjoy the great outdoors for yoga, reading, socializing, or remote working. We also offer complimentary Public Goods essentials for your comfort and locally roasted coffee for your local flavor experiences. FUN FILM FACT: Shortly after we moved into the front (original) home, we learned that our house was used in the 1993 film ’Dazed and Confused’ by Richard Linklater. You can see the house best when Tony (Anthony Rapp) and Sabrina (Christin Hinojosa) are kissing goodbye (a tender moment) at the end of the film. The rooftop deck is a shared space for us and our guests. If you let us know in advance, we can reserve the rooftop for you. Seasonal Events like F1, and SXSW require a 4-night minimum rental. We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Property Manager Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure. Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere.
