This new, beautifully designed beach home is the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern elegance. Just a short walk to Eastern Lake, the stunning beaches of 30A, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and parks – this location cannot be beat!
The inviting screened-in front porch is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze! As soon as you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light. The wood ceilings throughout give the home a cozy, beachy feel, and the seamless flow from the living room, dining room, and kitchen to the outdoor pool area makes it easy to enjoy the best of indoor and outdoor living.
Open the sliding glass doors from the living room, and you’ll step right out onto the heated pool and spacious outdoor living area- ideal for relaxing or entertaining! The poolside cabana includes a mini bar with a sink, mini fridge, and blender, perfect for making drinks while you relax by the pool. There’s also a BBQ grill, a fire table for evenings, and an outdoor shower to wash off after a beach day!
Going back inside, the dining room offers a beautiful table that seats 8, and the kitchen is a dream with sleek marble countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or a quick snack, this kitchen has it all. A mini coffee bar is conveniently tucked in the corner, perfect for grabbing your morning cup before heading out. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the master bedroom which features a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub.
Going upstairs, you’ll find a secondary living room with a wet bar and access to a large balcony overlooking the pool area. The second floor also offers four additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three of these feature King beds, and the last is a custom bunk room with two sets of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunk beds.
Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach, nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest, Seaside, and WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A). This exceptional home offers both privacy and accessibility, making it an ideal coastal escape with everything you need just steps away!

There is parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway!
Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day’s rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
