The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available on Mineral St and on Washington St
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on Mineral, Washington, 3rd St, and west side of 2nd St, but not allowed on east side of 2nd St
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn’t enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you’d like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. - Access to the mailbox and package room is only provided to long-term guests (30+ day stays). We are not responsible for items delivered to the building

- All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability

3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
