Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,Only registered guests are allowed on the premise. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction.
- Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation.
- Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.
- Do not disconnect any connected devices at the property. When in doubt, ask for approval.
- Please keep noise to a minimum at all the time.
- Quiet hour after 10pm.
- No smoking in the house.
- No Events or Parties allowed.
- Please do not use our towel to remove makeups, or anything which would cause stains.
- Please wear your indoor footwear inside the house.
- Please clean your dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling purpose.
- We're not responsible for cars being Towed away due to illegal parking in neighbors parking spaces
