They will access the garage through the garage door and not through the private space of the house or backyard. •Due to the strong wind in the area, the cowboy tub will not fill with water. Please inform us in advance if you need the additional service to fill the cowboy tub on the day of your arrival. (A $60 fee per tub refill). Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets and cabinets that we have locked. The private backyard and the landscape are available for your exclusive use. A car is highly recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay.
