QUIET TIME: This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. PARKING: Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked. Car is highly recommended CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
