This stylish apartment in southern Chamonix is an ideal base for an active holiday at any time of year. On the ground floor of a contemporary residence, this apartment sleeps 5 people. Close to all the amenities and the ski slopes, it suits friends or family who want a convenient base in the Mont Blanc Valley.
The open-plan living space includes a sofa, extensive storage, a flat-screen TV and an attractive wooden dining table. A glass door opens onto the private decked terrace. On the terrace, there is a table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco. Back inside, the kitchen is separated from the living area by a convenient hatch. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and fondue.

Bedroom: The cosy bedroom with wooden walls is furnished with bunk beds and a single bed.
Extra: There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

The tiled bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and a basin.

The apartment is in the middle of south Chamonix, opposite the main bus station and just 5 minutes’ walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station, for the Mont-Blanc-Express, is also a 5-minute walk away.
The nearby slopes are popular with skiers and snowboarders alike. The peak of Aiguille du Midi, close to Mont Blanc, is a magnet for mountaineers, rock climbing and paragliding in the summer months.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, including white water rafting, golf and horse riding.
Chamonix has all the amenities visitors need throughout the year, including many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Chamonix Sud has a weekly market every Tuesday morning. Here you can buy all the freshest ingredients directly from the producers, to try at home.
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 10-minute drive from the apartment.
