Welcome to Desert Remedy by Property Manager--a hexagon house in a cul-de-sac surrounded by boulders. Your perfect group retreat filled with tranquility and rejuvenation with a sauna, hot tub, container pool, fire pit, lounge chairs and pickleball court.
Gather inside the living room with a fire place and earthy design elements to help you feel at ease. Open up the second floor patio with a bbq grill and dining table overlooking breathtaking views.
◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.
◦ Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour
◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
◦ Pet Fee is $195 for 2 pets, additional pet will be $95 per pet
* We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner’s severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.
◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees
◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.
◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we’re in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.
Pool Heating is available for $200/night. Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance if you wish to heat the pool.

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
