We have added an additional step using high-end quaternary disinfectants to disinfect our homes. All homes are cleaned after each stay and then additionally disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival. The methods we use and the products we apply to surfaces containing quaternary disinfectant in the home are THE ONLY CDC approved methods for killing COVID-19 on surfaces. These quaternary disinfectant products and methods are the same used in hospital procedures.

This Tybee luxury vacation home is located on the east part of the island and is only moments away from the beach. Mojito Manor can accommodate 10 guests and it has four bedrooms and 3 baths. Find a super spacious living and sitting area perfect for entertaining with an adjacent kitchen that features a bar counter for four and breakfast nook. The open gourmet kitchen is full of luxury details, such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, smooth cook top, big refrigerator, microwave and nearly every other convenient appliance you can think of. A washer and dryer are tucked away in a pantry just off the kitchen for convenience. The living room features a flatcreen TV and a large, plush sectional perfect for gathering the whole group together for a movie night. In the living space you will also find a large farmhouse style dining table with seating for 8. Outside the living area is a grand balcony with patio furniture and nice views.
The four bedrooms are large and well-appointed, including plenty of windows. The master has a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower. The house is detailed throughout with refreshing colors, as well as nautical decor. There are also TVs in all rooms so you can easily stay in and relax while catching your favorite show or a movie.
The first floor of the home features a cute reading nook under the stairs with children’s books. There is also a ping pong table and a couple outdoor tables in with seating for hanging out in the garage area.
To top off all the great amenities of this home, you will find a rooftop deck with panoramic Tybee views of the back river. It’s a great spot to watch the firework shows Tybee puts on for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and New Years!

The beach is undoubtedly the biggest draw to any Tybee luxury vacation and you’ll find yourself spending plenty of time exploring all of Tybee’s picturesque coastline. While you’re combing the beach, consider a visit to the Tybee Lighthouse, which has been in existence for over 270 years. You can also head over to Cockspur Island and visit the lighthouse there as well as the national monument of Fort Pulaski. The Tybee Marine Science Center is a great place to find out all about the marine ecology of the area and even take a beach walk.
