Welcome to Windjammer 115, an oceanfront condo with incredible views of the ocean as well as the Intracoastal Waterway! Sip your morning coffee on the spacious, private balcony as you watch the sunrise over the ocean. After a day of lounging by the pool and playing in the surf, end each day by watching the sunset from the dock on the river just across the street. Be sure to bring your fishing rods and kayaks, the complex community dock is ideal for these family favorite activities. You will enjoy direct ocean access, less than 250 steps away, where you are sure to make lasting memories building sandcastles, playing in the tidal pools, splashing in the surf, and searching for treasures like shark teeth, sea glass, and seashells. The community tennis courts, outdoor dining tables with umbrellas, and grill will enhance your beach getaway.
Inside the condo, you will have everything you need to prepare your favorite foods in the fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating to enjoy them. The living room offers a comfortable seat for everyone to relax and visit, read, or watch a movie together. Sleep well in two king bedrooms outfitted with fresh, white linens. The newly renovated bathrooms each feature walk in showers, plenty of storage space, and are stocked with soft, white towels.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
