Villa Kristina is a charming property in northern Istria. This modern house sleeps up to 6 people and has a private pool. Just 5 minutes from the sea and on the edge of the pretty town of Tar, it is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation for all ages.
The front door leads into an airy hall, with an elegant staircase leading up to the first floor. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area that includes two comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV. Large glass doors open onto the shaded veranda that looks out over the pool and garden. The veranda includes sun loungers and a dining table for 6, for meals al fresco. A short flight of steps leads down to the swimming pool and garden.
Back indoors, there is an attractive wooden dining table for 6 next to the new, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a convenient breakfast bar. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a drip coffee machine.

Bedroom 2: A spacious bedroom furnished with 2 single beds (joinable), a wardrobe and has an en suite bathroom. Glass doors open onto a private balcony.

The villa is only a 10-minute stroll from the centre of Tar. This lively town offers a wide variety of excellent restaurants, where visitors can enjoy fresh seafood and try the local olive oil. The town’s weekly market offers a glimpse at authentic Istrian life and is the ideal opportunity to pick up the best local ingredients. There are supermarkets and other grocery stores nearby, making catering a breeze.
Only 13 minutes away, guests can explore the charming old fishing port of Novigrad. The town is known for its cobbled streets, excellent restaurants and great beaches, including Karpinjan Beach (12 minutes).
The town of Poreč (20 minutes) has so much to see, including the Euphrasian Basilica complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with Byzantine mosaics. Poreč has a daily market from 6am to 2pm every day. Here you can find local produce, homemade cheese, olive oils and a wide range of vegetables and fresh fruit.
The historic city of Pula (55 minutes) makes an unmissable day trip. It is home to one of the best-preserved amphitheatres in the world, the Pula Arena. Visitors can explore most of the city on foot and see the Temple of Augustus and the Forum, as well as the impressive citadel. The Forum is the city’s central square, full of cafés and excellent restaurants.
Pula International Airport is 50 minutes away.
