This spacious home is LOADED with amenities, featuring THREE living rooms, six gorgeous bedrooms, a fourth-floor lookout with Gulf views, attached carriage house, and more!
The space
Welcome to ’The Marooned Five!’
As you enter through the expansive front porch, you’ll find the open-concept living room, dining room, and chef’s kitchen featuring quartz countertops, a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf double ovens, 8-burner stove, and a large island with seating for four. Just past the kitchen, you’ll find a stylish wet bar as well as the first laundry room. There’s also a half bathroom on this floor for added convenience.
From the living room, step out through the beautiful glass doors to the outdoor oasis! Featuring a private heated pool with built-in fountains, serene seating area, outdoor shower, outdoor dining table, built-in outdoor kitchen with a grill and a sink - this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy!
On the second floor, you’ll find another living area, the second laundry room, and three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, balcony access (and access to the carriage house), and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a large glass shower. The other two bedrooms on this floor both have a Queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and access to a shared balcony.
Above the garage and connected to the Master balcony is the carriage house, which includes a media/theater room, a private screened-in balcony with two daybed swings, and two sets of built-in Twin-over-Full bunks with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Moving up to the third floor, there’s yet another living space, another half bathroom, and two additional King bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a private balcony, and they both share a hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a large glass shower.
All the way at the top, the fourth floor offers a private office space plus a small balcony that provides stunning Gulf views!
There is room for one car along with the LSV in the garage, plus an additional 2-3 spots in the driveway!
Just across from the Frog Pond Pool, situated in the ultra-desirable Lake District of the WaterColor community! Making for easy + quick access to the WaterColor Bridge and all of WaterColor’s numerous amenity offerings (Camp WaterColor for families, the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, etc. just to name a few!)
This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

There is also a pack n’ play and air mattress available at the home for guests’ use!
Guest access
The Frog Pond Pool is literally STEPS from the home! Guests will also have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! It takes about 3 minutes to get there from the house - the ultra desirable and stunning Lake District location of this home is amazing! The entire Camp WaterColor establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded, renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.
The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.
Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your group upon booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day’s rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damages that occur will be collected from the renters.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, LSV, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
