Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. Tucked discreetly into the landscape above the French Riviera, this architecturally striking villa offers 350 m² of refined living, seamlessly blending high design with the natural beauty of the Mediterranean coast. As you approach the property, a secure modern gate opens to a private drive bordered by lush gardens and grasses swaying gently in the breeze. Planted rooftops echo the surrounding nature, offering no hint of the villa’s grandeur beyond. There is sheltered parking for 3-4 vehicles in the carport. At the villa’s entrance, a monumental double-sized front door-hinged centrally and opening from both sides-welcomes you into an extraordinary home defined by intelligence, sophistication, and understated luxury. Step into a sunlit open hallway that immediately draws the eye to the panoramic views beyond. The heart of the villa is a spectacular, double-sided living room filled with natural light, framed by expansive glass walls that slide open onto a wraparound terrace. Intelligent features are woven throughout the home for effortless modern living. The modern functional furniture and airy layout invite relaxation and entertaining. A generous dining area for 8 flows seamlessly into a fully-equipped, high-spec open kitchen, discreetly set apart yet visually connected. Glass walls lead out to both the terrace and a shaded al fresco dining area, perfect for long, lazy Riviera lunches. Outside, the villa’s large, heated infinity pool is positioned to capture panoramic views of the Côte d’Azur. The pool’s shallow beach area allows loungers to sit partially submerged - a serene spot to sip a drink while taking in the scenery. Adjacent to the pool, a chic outdoor lounge features plush seating and an elegant retractable awning that disappears into the wall when full sun is desired. Also on this level is an inner hallway with access to the lift and cloakroom. The villa includes four bedroom suites, all designed for privacy, calm, and comfort. The master suite, just off the living room, is a spacious, open-plan sanctuary with 200cm bed, a TV lounge area and private terrace. It features a dressing room, an open bath area, and a discreet walk-in shower, 2 sinks and WC. From the main hallway, a glass-lined stairwell leads down to three additional bedroom suites, each with 180cm beds, TVs, fitted wardrobes and sliding doors allow access to the olive tree planted garden. This level can also be accessed by a lift. The first bedroom suite has an en-suite with a cascade shower, sink, and WC. This bedroom also leads directly into the villa’s private Spa, which can be accessed by all the guests without impacting on the privacy of the bedroom suite. The Spa is a tranquil, light-filled retreat that includes a jacuzzi with garden views, hammam, sauna, sophisticated table shower room, a meditation area and an indoor walking machine. Two further bedroom suites also open onto the garden and include stylish en-suites with cascade showers, sink, and WCs. Each room is designed with soft tones and clean lines for a calming, restful atmosphere. Also on the lower level is a private cinema room, offering the perfect indoor escape for movie nights or downtime after a day at the beach.
