You will also have access to full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer as well as fresh towels and linens which will be provided upon your arrival! Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn’t warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they’ll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort’s heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. BBQ GRILL: is an additional service, Must be required 48 hours prior to the check-in date. HOUSEKEEPING: All of Property Managers properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below: • Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am. • There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable. • There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable. • Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable. • Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty • Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
