This is the perfect home if you are traveling with friends, grandparents or in need of a private workspace while others are at the beach. The north end of the home features a suite with it’s own outside entrance as well as a passthrough within the house. The beach is located right across the street. Walk along the sidewalk to all of Cocoa Beach downtown local favorite spots. Simply Delicious Café hosts an array of incredible pastries, Heidi’s Jazz Club and so much more. The Pink House offers 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens-. Extremely spacious. The master suite features a sitting area with couch, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with washer and dryer. Walking through the interior door brings you to the main side of the home. Here you will see a kitchen, dinning room table, sleeper sofa with smart TV, full bathroom and two bedrooms featuring vanities and smart tv’s.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
