Primary suite features a private retreat with a king bed, living room (including a sleeper sofa), kitchen, bathroom, and dedicated laundry area. The 2 additional bedrooms offer a queen bed in each room. Two fully well stocked kitchen open to the living room and dining area with a table large enough for everyone. THE SPACE: 2 Living rooms with 2 sleeper sofas offer additional sleeping arrangement options. Each living room is designed for comfort and perfect space to relax. The open layout seamlessly connects dining area with seating for six, making it ideal for socializing with family and friends. Adjacent to the dining table is a large cabinet stocked with a variety of board games to ensure no one can say they’re board. The second dining area offers intimate seating for 2-4 ppl allowing the early risers to have breakfast without waking up the rest of the house. SLEEP ACCOUMODATIONS: The ensuite provided 1 king bed in a private room and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room and a full bathroom. There is another sleeper sofa in the other living room and 2 additional bedrooms offering 2 queens beds, 1 in each room. OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy a spacious, private backyard featuring a covered patio with ceiling fans, outdoor dining, and a BBQ grill. Kelly Slater Beach access is conveniently located to the left of the house via a flashing safety crosswalk. WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT: The home is equipped with high speed internet allowing as many devices as you need to connect to WIFI, Five smart TV’s. Plenty of boardgames, puzzles.
