This elegant villa with shared swimming pool (sharing the pool with 10 other villas), stands only 5km from Sorrento centre, and offers a modern interior with a beautiful outdoor space. The nearest bus stop is only 300 metres away and it’s a short 15 minutes into Sorrento, but you will also have your own private parking spot should you have your own car. The pool being shared makes this ideal for families with children, who can enjoy making friends by the pool.
The villa develops over three floors and 167 square metres.
On the first floor, we find the open place living area with sofa, TV and large kitchen that opens onto the terrace. There are two bedrooms on this level: one with Queen size bed, the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a balcony. There is one separate bathroom with shower. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
