It features a queen bed and full bath downstairs, as well as a king’s bed and full bath upstairs in the loft. Guests have access to the entire cottage (except locked closets). Guests have access to Pavilion, Pickle Ball Courts, and Fishing! We allow 2 dogs up to 50 pounds. Please follow all dog rules outlined in the Digital Welcome Book! The property is 10 miles to Downtown Dickson and 50 miles to Downtown Nashville! Guests assume full responsibility for their own well-being and belongings. The property owner and OTA are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or stolen or damaged personal belongings that occur during your stay.
