Welcome to a unique three-level chalet with 110 m² of living space. It is the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a luxurious getaway in the heart of the Tatras. Our chalets combine modern design with regional style, providing unmatched comfort and numerous amenities.
Each chalet features four cozy, well-furnished bedrooms with large beds.

• Relaxation Zone: A jacuzzi with stunning views of the forest and mountains, perfect for evening relaxation.
• Finnish Sauna: Ideal for full body and mind rejuvenation.
• Fitness Zone: Equipped with essential workout gear (treadmill, exercise bike, yoga mat).
• Ground Floor:
• A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV.
• A fully equipped kitchenette featuring a fridge, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, coffee maker, and kettle.
• A dining area with a large table, perfect for meals and quality time together while enjoying the scenic view outside.
• Upper Floor:
• Three bedrooms, one of which features a bathtub where you can unwind while admiring the surroundings.
For added convenience, each chalet is equipped with a washing machine.
Outside, you’ll find two parking spaces reserved for guests.
~Access~
Guests have access to all amenities available in the apartment, including those prepared for them, such as coffee, tea, etc., and the apartment’s equipment (iron, hairdryer, etc.). We provide fresh bedding and towels. Upon request, we offer a portable baby cot. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
~Transportation~
Hrube Niżne is a picturesque part of Zakopane, situated in a peaceful area, perfect for those seeking a retreat away from the city bustle.
The chalets are located away from the crowds but close to Zakopane’s main attractions:
• 5 km from Zakopane’s center (Krupówki).
• 4 km to Kuźnice – the starting point for hikes to Kasprowy Wierch.
• 2 km to the Olczyska Valley – perfect for walks.
• 15 minutes’ drive to Bukovina Thermal Baths.
Public Transport: Buses and minibusses run from Zakopane’s center towards Olcza and Toporowa Cyrhla.
Private Transport: A 10–15 minute drive from Zakopane’s center, approximately 5 km.

Due to the nature and location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to adhere to our House Rules. Most importantly, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM (organizing parties is strictly prohibited) and smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
