Newly built in 2018! Unique townhouse offers plenty of space (largest unit) yet is a 1/4 mile to restaurants/bars/shops, bike path, groceries & all that Stowe has to offer! For winter sports enthusiasts, the closest Mountain Road shuttle stop is only 0.3 miles from the door. Enter the large mud room with plenty of storage & half bath, see all the high-end finishes (AC, Jotul stove, granite counters) in the open kitchen/dining/living room, and relax in the primary bedroom suite with exceptional features (custom closets, 4K TV). Head to the 2nd floor to see the office/sitting room with Roku TV (great for kids!), dual vanity bathroom, and delightful guest bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with double bunks, each with a twin over full). Fully equipped kitchen, garage parking, private deck, and brand new furnishings professionally decorated throughout... You won’t want to miss this one!

There are two parking spaces per condo. One is in the garage and the other is marked outside.

Summer activities include zip lining, mountain biking, kayaking/rafting & dog carting. Any of these activities can be pursued in the fall with the added bonus of the explosive colors of fall foliage!
