The interior layout is perfect for multi-party groups, as each of the three levels boast independent living/entertaining areas, bedrooms, and baths. Everyone has their own space. Cathedral ceilings dominate the upper level, where you’ll find the kitchen, dining, and main living area with a gas fireplace. The lower level is home to a recreation room complete with a foosball table, games, and an entertainment center. A large deck off the front is perfect for coffee, cocktails, and dining al fresco under the shade of leafy trees. A Master Spa hot tub features waterfalls, mood lighting, and a sound system—just steps from the deck, it’s a great place for a soak after an active day.
